These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EdgeMarket, operated by Yando Pte. Ltd., registered at 68 Circular Road, Singapore 049422. By accessing or using EdgeMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EdgeMarket in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use EdgeMarket. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

EdgeMarket provides whale tracking and market intelligence tools for Polymarket, including:

• Real-time monitoring of large trades on Polymarket
• Whale and shark wallet identification and classification
• Trade alerts via Telegram, email, and webhooks
• Analytics dashboards with win rates, Smart Scores, and trade history
• API access for programmatic data retrieval

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using:

• Google OAuth: Sign in with your Google account for quick, secure access.
• Email and password: Create credentials directly on EdgeMarket.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

EdgeMarket offers the following plans:

• Free tier: Limited access to dashboard features, delayed data feed, and basic whale profiles at no cost.
• Paid plans (Pro, Whale): Full access to real-time alerts, advanced analytics, API, and premium features via monthly or annual subscription.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, except as covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from EdgeMarket
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense EdgeMarket data or content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limitations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and technology on EdgeMarket are the intellectual property of Yando Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• The EdgeMarket name, logo, and design
• Algorithms, Smart Scores, and classification systems
• Dashboard interfaces and user experience
• Documentation, guides, and educational content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EdgeMarket for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

7. Disclaimer — Important

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform
• Past performance of tracked wallets does not predict future results
• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
• We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or dealer
• You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions

EdgeMarket provides tools and data to help you make informed decisions — but the decisions and their consequences are entirely yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• EdgeMarket and Yando Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from trading decisions made based on EdgeMarket data
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions beyond our control

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment method fails and is not updated within a reasonable period
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of EdgeMarket shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of EdgeMarket after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
